Customer Review: Incredible
As a big fan of Carl Caylor and having been privileged to spend a week as one of his students at the Texas School of Photography, I'm a bit biased. He is an outstanding photographer, teacher, and one of the most down to earth and big hearted artist I've had the pleasure of meeting in my life. His DVD set is also an extremely valuable instructional aid. As far as the book, these guys are true masters.
Customer Review: Portrait Photography At Its Best
Lou Jacobs Jr. investigates the art of portrait photography with ten top photographers in the field. Beth Forester, Chris Nelson and Carl Caylor, to name a few, are interviewed and a diversity of style and technique is uncovered. This book is a rich source of information for one to help create their own standards for portrait photography.
